What CampaignMath collects
Nothing you type. Every tool runs entirely in your browser. Ad spend, attributed revenue, customer counts, average order values, subscriber numbers, churn rates, and the URLs you tag are processed on your device and are never transmitted to CampaignMath or to anyone else. Nothing is written to a server, a database, or browser storage, and closing the tab discards all of it.
This matters more here than on a general-purpose calculator. The figures these tools ask for are commercially sensitive: a competitor who learned your acquisition cost, your margin, or the size of your list would know most of what there is to know about your business. The safest way to handle numbers like that is not to receive them at all, which is the design this site uses.
The URLs you tag
The UTM builder is worth stating separately, because the URL you paste into it may identify an unreleased page or an unannounced campaign. It is handled the same way as every other input: the link is assembled by code running in your browser, and neither the destination URL nor the campaign values are sent anywhere. Copying the result puts it on your clipboard, and nowhere else.
Accounts and email
CampaignMath has no accounts, no login, no newsletter, and no contact form. There is no mechanism by which the site could learn your name or email address, because it never asks for either.
Cookies
CampaignMath sets no cookies of its own and uses no cookie-based tracking or advertising network.
Analytics
If aggregate traffic analytics are enabled, they are limited to a privacy-preserving, cookieless count of page views and referrers. Such analytics do not identify individual visitors, do not follow you across sites, and never receive the values you enter into a tool.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, and requested URL — in order to deliver pages and defend against abuse. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. Your campaign figures are not part of it, because they are never sent.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to third-party marketing software, and some of those links may in future be affiliate links, as described on the affiliate disclosure page. Once you follow an outbound link you are on that company's site, under their privacy policy rather than this one.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the updated policy will be published on this page.
